Volunteer Coordinator

The PTO Volunteer coordinator is responsible for creating volunteer sign-ups using SignUp Genius. Much of this work occurs in August, in preparation for Room Parent, Art Enrichment, the Beginning of School Event, and School Pictures, which all need volunteers very early in the school year.

SignUp Genius structures are in place in our Barnsdale PTO account. The committee chair updates teacher lists and volunteer needs on the direction of the PTO Board. Other committees may need volunteers throughout the year.
