Also, I used the first group's ideas to bring in some battery operated tea lights for the tables, to help with atmosphere.

None of the above is required, but was fun. :)

Also, our class just put out two boxes of all the oil pastels on each table (we didn't limit to red, orange, brown, black) -- it worked fine.
